About Derby Ranch Home Owner Association (DRHOA)

 

Derby Ranch is a family orientated living estate, comprising of 54 free standing cluster units. The area was once prominently known as a horse riding and stable stronghold in the north of Johannesburg, hence the Name Derby Ranch.

 

Construction started in 2007 and the last unit was completed in 2009. We are a friendly, quiet community with kids roaming the streets on their bicycles or playing in the park below. We strive to create a safe , financially feasible , environmentally responsible community, for all residents.
